Delete your RxLog account

Last updated: June 25, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your RxLog account and associated cloud data. You can start account deletion inside the RxLog app or contact Wheema from this web page if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete from inside the app

If you can open RxLog, sign in to your account and go to Settings, then choose Delete Account. The in-app flow is designed to remove your cloud account data, clear local medication data from the device, and sign you out.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot use the app, email Wheema from the address associated with your RxLog account. Include "RxLog account deletion request" in the subject so we can identify the request quickly.

Email deletion request

What is deleted

  • Your RxLog authentication account, including the account email and user identifier.
  • RxLog cloud profile data associated with your account, such as profile details you saved while signed in.
  • Cloud records directly tied to your RxLog account deletion request, where deletion is technically and legally available.

What may remain

  • Medication schedules, reminders, history, photos, exports, and cached files stored only on your device are controlled by your device. You can remove them by deleting the app or clearing app data.
  • Records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or compliance reasons may be retained only for the required period.
  • Emails or support messages you send to Wheema may be retained as part of support and compliance records.

Verification and timing

We may ask you to verify control of the account email before completing a web deletion request. We aim to process verified requests within a reasonable period and will contact you if more information is needed.
