• Local Wellness Data: Sleep sessions, sleep scores, sleep stage summaries, snore and breathing metrics, dream history, and audio-derived sleep data are processed and stored locally on your device by default. We do not transmit raw audio data to our servers.
• Medication Management Data: RxLog medication schedules, dose history, refill information, reminders, OCR text, and related profile details are handled according to the dedicated RxLog Privacy Policy.
• Account Information: If you choose to sync your data across devices, we collect your email address and secure credentials to facilitate cloud sync via our secure database provider.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous aggregate statistics regarding app performance and crash reports to improve software stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

Any information we collect is utilized strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data, nor do we share your wellness metrics with third-party advertisers.

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols to protect account records and summary metrics in transit and at rest. Local metrics remain entirely under your physical control on your smartphone.

4. Your Rights & Choices

You retain full ownership of your data. You can delete your cloud account at any time, which completely expunges all synced summary records from our systems, or reset your local device application to wipe all local data.
