• SleepIQ Wellness Data: Sleep sessions, sleep scores, sleep stage summaries, snore and breathing metrics, dream history, and audio-derived sleep data are handled according to the dedicated SleepIQ Privacy Policy.
• Medication Management Data: RxLog medication schedules, dose history, refill information, reminders, OCR text, optional cloud AI extraction text, and related profile details are handled according to the dedicated RxLog Privacy Policy.
• Account Information: If you choose to sync your data across devices, we collect your email address and secure credentials to facilitate cloud sync via our secure database provider.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous aggregate statistics regarding app performance and crash reports to improve software stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

Any information we collect is utilized strictly to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data, nor do we share your wellness or medication metrics with third-party advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account records and cloud-backed data in transit and at rest. Local metrics remain under your physical control on your smartphone. When service providers are used for authentication, database hosting, account deletion, consent records, or optional AI workflows, they process data to operate the requested service.

4. Your Rights & Choices

You retain full ownership of your data. You can delete your cloud account at any time, which completely expunges all synced summary records from our systems, or reset your local device application to wipe all local data. SleepIQ users can review the SleepIQ Privacy Policy and web-based SleepIQ account deletion instructions, and RxLog users can review the web-based RxLog account deletion instructions.
